Bienvenue sur Morocco Public Service Script Contest 2012 (MPSSC) organisé par Morocco Film Production
"Le Maroc en 60 Secondes" INSCRIPTION OUVERTE
1. Objectif
:
Morocco Public Services Contest 2011 a pour objectif d'aider les talentueux scénaristes et réalisateurs marocains et de mettre en œuvre leurs idées sur le développement de la société marocaine.
Morocco Film Production produira le scénario gagnant (la durée maximale est de 60 secondes).
Les scénarios seront jugés celons leurs originalité, créativité, structure, contenue éducatif, sans oublier le genre du film proposé. Les scénarios seront entre les mains d'un jury professionnels notamment des scénaristes et metteurs en scènes de renommés.
2. Conditions de participations:
The Morocco Film Production short Script Contest (MFPSSC) est ouvert à tous les résidants dans le territoire Marocain ayant plus de 18 ans.
- Le scénario proposé ne doit pas être présenté ou mis à la disposition d'autres productions ou producteurs .Vous pouvez vous présenter avec plus d'un scénario, chaque présentation sera jugée séparément.
- Seule les scénarios (en format: Word, PDF ou Final Draft,)

3. Sujets et catégories:
le scénario a pour but de convaincre le spectateur et le sensibiliser par un service d'intérêt publique.

- Diversité religieuse au Maroc
- L'éducation au Maroc
- Environnement au Maroc
- La santé au Maroc
4. Timeline:
- Les candidatures seront acceptées jusqu'au 31 Décembre 2011 ( 18h00 GMT)
- L'annonce des résultats est prévue en Janvier 2012
- La réalisation du scénario gagnant est prévue en Février 2012
5. Grand Prix:
L'heureux(se) gagnant(e), pourra mettre en scène son projet écrit qui sera produit par Morocco Film Production dans un cadre professionnel avec des professionnels du cinéma et recevra un IPAD2 dernière génération.

CALL FOR ENTRIES - MOROCCO PUBLIC SERVICE SCRIPT CONTEST IS NOW OPEN
1. Objective:
The Morocco Public Service Script Contest (MPSSC) is designed to showcase the talent of undiscovered scriptwriters while promoting positive societal change in Morocco. Morocco Film Production, the sponsor, will produce the winning script into a short movie (60 seconds or less). Scripts will be judged by a distinguished panel of industry professionals, educators and film enthusiasts. Screenplays will be evaluated based on originality of story, creativity, structure, educational content, persuasiveness and consistency with category. (I CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO REMOVE HIGHLIGHT)
2.Eligibility:
The Morocco Film Production Short Script Contest (MFPSSC) is open to all legal residents of Morocco who are 18 years of age or older.
Eligibility requirements:
- Scripts must not have been previously optioned, purchased, in production or produced.
- Scripts may be written in English, French or Arabic.-Scripts written as adaptations of other works must have secured rights prior to being submitted.
- Scripts must be completed and received by entry deadline.
Entering procedure:
- Each script ("Script") must have a title page with the TITLE ONLY; the applicant's name should not appear anywhere on the screenplay to maintain anonymity during the judging.
- The entry must include a separate 1-page document ("Entry Document") with the screenwriter's name, email address, script title and category of submission.
- There is no limit to the number of entries per entrant, provided each entry is submitted separately.
- All entries must be submitted electronically; no paper copies will be accepted.
- Entries may be submitted in the following formats: Microsoft Word (*.doc), PDF (*.pdf) or Final Draft (*.fdr). PDF format is preferred.

3.Topic and Categories
The script content should be persuasive in changing people's perceptions and influencing society for the better. All entries must be educational in nature and focus on one of the following categories:
- Religious Diversity in Morocco
- Education in Morocco
- Environment in Morocco
- Health in Morocco
4. Timeline:
Entries Due: December 31, 2011 (6:00 p.m. GTM)
Winner Announced to Public: January 2012
Grand Prize Winner to shoot: Spring 2012
5. Awards:
The Grand Prize Winner will have his or her script produced by Morocco Film Production into a film of professional quality and will receive a current-model iPad.
6. Fine Print:
By submitting an entry, the Entrant warrants that (1) his or her entry complies with all contest requirements set out and that the submitted script is an original work created solely by the entrant, or, if multiple creators, that all creators are named on the Entry Document and that all named creators consent to contest entry and (2) the script, in its entirety as submitted, does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim, or interest in the script. The script must not, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content. Film production is subject to approval and required permits from Moroccan Cinematographic Center (CCM). The script is subject to edit at the Sponsor's discretion for screen adaptation and shooting. Upon Sponsor's request, entrant must be prepared to provide, within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of Sponsor's request, a signed release from all persons who appear in the Entry Document submitted, authorizing Sponsor to produce, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of the entry, in any media. All releases must be in the form provided by Sponsor. Failure to provide such releases upon request may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If Sponsor elects to cancel or terminate the Contest, Sponsor will not retain any rights to the submitted scripts. Submitted scripts will not be returned. By entering the Contest, all entrants grant an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide non-exclusive license to Sponsor, to reproduce, distribute, display and create derivative works of the entries (along with a name credit) in connection with the Contest and promotion of the Contest, in any media now or hereafter known. Display or mention of any entry on Sponsor's website does not indicate the entrant will be selected as a winner. Sponsor will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use. Additionally, by entering, each entrant grants to Sponsor the unrestricted right to use all statements made in connection with the Contest, and pictures or likenesses of Contest entrants, or choose not to do so, at their sole discretion. Sponsor will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use.
